・In test machining, the processing time, which used to take about 10 minutes with conventional tools, was reduced to about 2 minutes, resulting in an approximately 80% time savings.

・Both the machining noise and the machined surface were excellent, and chattering at the corners was suppressed.

・By using the ER5HS-PN for rough machining, we were able to consolidate processes and tools, thereby improving the machining process.
