➀Purpose

Although we selected checkered steel plates to prevent slipping, there have been cases where they became slippery when wet or due to machining oil,

leading to falls. We want to eliminate falls within the factory.

②Key Points for Implementation

1. Anyone can easily apply it without needing a professional

2. If the coating starts to peel, you can simply apply another coat over it to repair it

3. It can be applied to three-dimensional shapes that anti-slip tape cannot cover

③Examples

Application Instructions

1. Clean the application area and wipe it down with a damp cloth.

(Sanding the surface with sandpaper improves paint adhesion.)

2. Apply masking tape or similar to define the shape.

3. Apply the product by pressing it firmly against the surface, then remove the tape before it dries.

*In summer, it dries in less than 30 minutes; in winter, we recommend allowing it to dry for at least one day to be safe.

④Results

1. It has a rougher texture than anti-slip tape, resulting in improved anti-slip performance.

2. It is water-soluble and does not have the solvent-based odor typical of paint.

3. It can be used to display text and symbols, which is not possible with tape.

4. It can also be used to prevent slipping on the wheels of AGVs, which we are considering introducing in the future.
